01 / MY WORK
From raw material
to finished piece.
Handmade knives are at the heart of my work in my Haute-Savoie workshop. I make knives, forge steel and produce my own Damascus steel.
I also use stock removal, shaping blades by gradually removing steel. Among my creations are Cu-Maï blades, which combine steel and copper. Alongside my knife making, I forge everyday objects such as meat picks, as well as decorative pieces including dragons and sculptures. Every piece is worked on individually, right through to the finishing touches.

FPF Creations.
My name is Franck. I am an artisan knife maker in Haute-Savoie, France. I create at my own pace, guided by inspiration and the materials at hand.
I move forward, learn, forge, sand and start again. Here I share my creations, experiments, successes and occasional challenges.
